I am very sorry to have been away so long. We were not planning on it, but things got so busy with all the holiday celebrations and mom and dad decided they needed a little relaxation time — they have had a very eventful year! The holidays were really fun and we went on some great walks. The very best part was that I had both mom and dad with almost the whole time!
Also, Santa brought me some really neat presents, which you probably saw on Wordless Wednesday. But I saved the bestest present of all for last. It was from my mom and dad and it was the present I wanted most of all.
Hmm…this looks just about the right size.

I got it! I really got it! I got Snoopy’s Mischief Master Class book!!! Mom has been reading me the stories at bedtime, which means I have really good dreams about all kinds of mischief 😀 And there are grat pictures in there and lots of stories about all of my friends. I am going to read Snoopy’s book over and over and over! Thanks for writing such a great book buddy!
Now for the second exciting thing that happened over our holiday. Mom and dad did get some relaxing in, but they were also busy with some important work. You might remember from the interview I had with my friend Ann at Pawsitively Pets that my mom and dad have been working on starting a business of their own. They have been working on it all year long and they finally got it all ready to go! Mostly it was my mom taking forever to learn to build a website that took so long.
Anyway, here is a picture of the pet hammocks mom and dad are making. You can see that Linus really loves them! I even sat in them a few times, but mom said “No, no, Remy. You’re too big!” So now they are working on a new idea for bigger pets 🙂
They are calling their new business Peach Industries, after mom’s first dog, Peach. And there is blog there too that my kitties are mostly in charge of organizing. So if you have a minute take a look and see what has been taking my mom forever to sort out 🙂

Yup, the size business it really a problem. Mom and dad started all this before they got me, otherwise I am sure they would have started with something more Remy friendly. But now they’ve got that in the works 🙂

You know my dad sewed them himself! He learned how and everything. So now we have this very ancient and giant sewing machine, which mom was going to use to make clothes for me, but now she is kind of afraid of because it is so big and strong…

Yes, Artemis is probably the softest thing in the whole world. I just love when she lets me kiss her soft little nose! Mom has been meaning to post some pictures of her for me 🙂 Artemis is a little camera shy, which I think is funny because she is very beautiful…
