Hi guys! Here is the last award I was telling you about yesterday. The Liebster Award is from my buddies at Pitlandia — a really cool blog about a super cute pittie type pup named Athena! I really love reading all about Athena’s adventures, plus she gets some really cool toys and treats…hint hint, mom 😉
And now the Liebster Blog Award Rules:
1. Thank the giver and link back to the blogger who gave it to you.
2. Share five things about yourself
3. Answer five questions presented by Pitlandia.
4. Ask five new questions to your nominated bloggers
5. Reveal your top five picks {with less than 200 readers} and let them know by leaving a comment on their blog
6. Copy and paste the award on your blog
7. Hope that the people you’ve sent the award to forward it to their five favorite up-and-coming bloggers and keep it going!
Five Things About Me:
1. I have sensitive skin and allergies that make my feet itchy sometimes.
2. Once I accidentally slipped my leash when dad took me out to pee. He was worried, but I just ran back to my front door 🙂
3. I came to puppy jail with my sister (probably). She is blue brindle and white and she got a good family too.
4. I was in a special program to help kids who have been in trouble with the law learn to train and care for dogs.
5. Sometimes mom likes to pick me up and spin me around. I like the first part, but the spinning makes me dizzy!
Five Questions for my Nominees:
1. What’s a book (training, behavior, fiction, etc.) that you would most recommend to a new dog owner?
Mom says the number one training tool that helped me is The Protocol for Relaxation by Dr. Karen Overall. Mom also is a big fan of Dr. Ian Dunbar.
2. What’s your favorite command or trick that you’ve taught your dog?
My favorite trick is playing fetch; I think that counts because mom had to train me to bring the ball back. Mom’s favorite trick, for now, is “detention” 🙂
3. What’s one goal that you have for your dog in 2013?
My goal is to eat more food, play more games, and get more kitty love 🙂 Mom’s goals are to help me keep working on impulse control, learn more cute tricks, and also get more kitty love 😀
4. Where’s your favorite place that you’ve traveled to?
I have not traveled much, but my favorite place is the beach.
5. Do you prefer coffee or tea?
And now for the passing it on part…I am not sure how many readers you all have, so I will have to kind of guess by how long you’ve had your blog.
And thanks again to Pitlandia for this award!
That was fantastic,My favourite place is the beach too 🙂 Big congratulations Remylandia 🙂 xx00xx
Mollie and Alfie
Thanks guys! I am glad you have gotten to play at the beach too, Mollie 😀
Great answers, R. Your goals are awesome. Mom has a goal of teaching me to fetch. She might as well try to teach me to fly! It’s going to be a long year!
Love and licks,
Cupcake
Don’t worry, Cupcake, not every pup loves fetch. You’re the only pup I know who can bowl; now that is Really cool!
Congrats on the award! Great answers:-)
Thanks, Misaki!
Woohoo!! Congrats on the award Remy! Yippee!!! My Titan used to get the itchy’s. Found out it was his food, way back in the day. Sometimes he’ll get an itchy ear and that’s when I know he ate something he shouldn’t have. funny, it’s always the same ear. Anyway, congrats again! I sooo enjoy reading your blog!
My ears get itchy too sometimes, but mom gives me some medicine to make it feel better 🙂 That’s funny that only one of Titan’s ears get itchy!
Congrats to all!!!!
Thanks, Rumpy!
Congrats on your award!! We love your answers 🙂
Oink oink,
Katie and Coccolino the mini pig
Thank you, Katie & Cocco!
I really enjoyed your answers and big congrats on the cool award!!!
Thanks, Brian!
You are so sweet! Thanks for the nomination!! My favorite dog book to date has been Racing in the Rain. The end brought so many tears to my eyes and I had to hold Mr. K close. “Sit” is the only command Heather and Mr. K respond to – and only if there’s a treat involved. Let’s see…what else? Oh yes, doggie goals. First and foremost, my goal for Heather and Mr. K this year is to stay healthy! Secondly, I’d like them to take on the pet blogging world full force with ultimate Scottie cuteness! My favorite places to travel are places I can bring my dogs and i actually do not drink coffee or tea. Just water, like Heather and Mr. K!
You’re welcome Scottie Mom! I hope you meet all your goals for the year — I bet you will 😀 Sorry mom forgot to add my new questions!
I love those responses! Ray and I hope you’ll join our gotcha day blog hop….
A Gotcha Day blog hop?? I can’t wait!!!
Oh, Remy! I am sitting her CRACKING up about “Remylandia”! You are such a clever one =) I loved reading your answers to my questions and I especially like that your favorite place is the beach because that’s Athena’s favorite place too!
Can’t wait to check out the blogs you nominated!
Hehe, I am glad you liked that 🙂 I wish we could have a beach party with all my buddies!!
Congrats Remy! Shiner has the same itchy allergies too. Great goals for the next year! I hope you get more kitty love as well.
Thanks, Ann! Us poor pitties and our itchy skins…
Well done Remy, congratulations and well deserved.Great Q&A too. Have a wonderful Wednesday.
Best wishes Mollly
Thank you, Molly!
Congratulations, Remy ;o) Sometimes I have problems with my feet and my skin too, specially if they have road salt on the streets in winter …
Thanks, Easy! I am glad we don’t have snows and road salts where I live, even though snow looks like it might be maybe the tiniest bit of fun.
Congrats on you award Remy! Thanks for passing it to me as well.you are a great pal Remy,xx Speedy
Thanks, Speedy! And you’re welcome too 😀

You’re very welcome, Kirby! I am excited to read your post! And I guess I have had a pretty exciting life for a one and half year old, huh? 🙂
P.S. The new questions are in my next post, as mom forgot to put them in this one…oops!
